The vast majority of our problems are directly associated to survival, social inequity, overpopulation, spatial saturation and decline of cities. Is in this way that construction presents a cycle that involves the use and planned -and informal- development of the city. This problem brings a cycle of development in the settlements location in informal places surrounding, and as a result they are exclusive in the logic of development of rural and urban settlements, apart from decisions and omissions made by the typical development of generations that preceded, in order to solve the problems that existed in that time, without overthinking about tomorrow and instead thinking that, in a direct way, we must improve, mitigate and mostly correct.</p><p> </p>}, number={2}, journal={Comunicación, Cultura y Política}, author={Ocampo, David Ricardo}, year={2016}, month={ene.}, pages={71–91} }
